I think that the company considered that the employee is causing them lost instead of gain, because 3 accidents between a year. Well he stated that he has enough experience but I think companies what considered the most is the job performance and not tolerate mistakes, which I think he pass the limit 3 accidents they are huge mistakes that cannot be acceptable. He is concerned about how to explain in a next job interview why he was fired. Just tell the truth there are ways that can be acceptable like explaining why he had these accidents maybe it wasn’t his fault, but for the company because he was involve in the accident they consider him guilty. Tell the truth is the best way because lies always come to ashore.
